DG North America is a global manufacturing and supply chain management company. Our primary focus is sourcing metal products mainly from India.
We are a US based company with manufacturing facilities of our own in India. We coordinate a network of suppliers to procure products that are required to fulfill customer needs.
We have over two decades of manufacturing and export experience. Our focus is on providing precision metal products and specialized tubings & fittings required for harsh environments such as oil fields.
We collaborate with our clients to provide customized solutions. With the availability of vast technical expertise, we are able to re-engineer products and processes to deliver cost savings.
We started as the manufacturer of sheet metal parts but evolved into assembly and making entire products for our customers. With the cohort of suppliers we are able to procure complementary parts, such as plastic moldings, to produce entire product.
In addition to Auto, Agri, Food industries, we also serve Oil & Gas. We provide pipes, flanges and other fittings made of specialized material to sustain in harsh conditions. These materials are various alloys such as austenitic steel, duplex, super duplex etc.
We are a lean business and hence have flexibility to respond quickly to the client's needs and to remain price competitive. We have long-term relationships with suppliers because of which we ensure better pricing and preferred treatment in terms of delivery time.
We upgrade technology periodically, finding balance between capital cost and efficiency. As a result, there is no machine in our factories that is more than 7 years old. At the same time we are expanding our capabilities with latest technology from Japan & Germany. We have embarked on Industry 4.0, brining automation and improving processes. This has allowed us to be lean and cost competitive, simultaneously reducing our carbon footprint per unit manufactured.
As a growing business, we believe that technology adoption along with a stable eco-system of suppliers and long-term partnerships with customers are necessary for scaling up and sustaining the growth.
